<DIV><FONT color=#ffffff>I know they're the, "big, special, highly important" characters atm, but has anyone encountered any quests or anything that may actually lead them into being allowed into the castle? (I don't know how Freeport works, no characters there yet, but in Qey, you can run right up to the gate, but you can't go in)</FONT></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>In EQOA, you could actually enter the Bayle home in Qeynos if you were good, or were able to get past the Level 35 guards all over the place. You would find Antonius Bayle the III at a table with some Erudite Senators, and he would give you some friendly little greeting, while his wife, Shiah Bayle would tell you to, "Stop tracking filfth into my beautiful home."</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>(For the record, when she made of the mistake of saying that to my 60 Channeler, I killed her AND her maid. ^.^; You couldn't attack Antonius Bayle III, however)</DIV>

**********SPOILER**************In the betrayal quests you see them, or at least in the Freeport to Qeynos one you do. I've actually done this one so I have seen Lucan and would assume you see Antonia when betraying Qeynos.

Aye my Ogre Summoner got to spend a little quality time with Lucan and his crew when I betrayed. I didn't know it was going to happen so it was a nice suprise. Glad I didn't read any spoilers.

I wonder if you will be able to get into the castle at some point later in the game?

There are also rumors that you can go in there with guild level30 to get the setable knight title

You can attack Antonious Bayle II in EQOA.In fact, my Elf Cleric killed him a year ago.Which means he is the true King of Qeynos- All Hail King Banon! THE RIGHTFUL RULER OF QEYNOS! And he's Immortal too, so he'd still be King!...That's what should of happened, but all I got was a faction hit of about -550 that I had to repair by declaring war on Blackburrow.

**spoiler***********************more spoilers**************another spoiler**********i did the "heres what you do when you betray" guide, but it didnt mention AB being there. so i walk up the stairs, ready to do the next thing after killing the guy, and theres the queen and the 2 NCPs i talked to when I betrayed, and a few other NPCs. i suddenly found myself dead and in Antonica, minus 1 shard. turns out i was gonna kill the queen. i would have liked to kill the queen.

<DIV><FONT color=#ffffff>It was Antonius Bayle the <STRONG><EM>III </EM></STRONG>in EQOA, and he wasn't attackable, since he was apart of a few quests. His wife, Shiah Bayle, was attackable, however. And my 60 Channeler killed her for little line to Adventurer's, "Stop tracking fifth into my beautiful home."</FONT></DIV>

It's II, and he was attackable since I did kill him- an update might of flagged him unattackable recently, but he was once whoopable- he was a Paladin. And I killed Antonious Bayle because I could.<p>Message Edited by Spus on <span class=date_text>01-26-2005</span> <span class=time_text>08:42 PM</span>

<DIV>Wow nice rug.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>C'mon Sony, a little bit of glam wouldn't go amiss. Isn't that supposed to be a palace? Most 1 week newbie rooms look better than that. :smileysad:</DIV>

Glad to see Lucan and Antonia atleast have one thing in common: Their interior designer.

<DIV>Don't think its the video settings, matey :smileysad:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Have to say that I was really quite disappointed by Lucan's pad as I passed through.</DIV> <DIV>Although there is the chance that that's just the room they take all the betrayers coz</DIV> <DIV>he doesn't want a mess on the floor of his decently carpetted rooms :smileytongue:</DIV>

<DIV><FONT color=#ffffff>Why is Antonia's hair blonde? ;.; (Or does it just show up that way in the image?)</FONT></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>One of the things I really liked about her was her red hair. ;.; (EQ always had their female leads be blonde, like Firoina, and it was nice to see a red head for a change. ;.<img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It's not really blonde, is it? ;.;</DIV>

<DIV>In the context of the FP->Qeynos betrayal quest, Lucan's shoddy surroundings make sense.</DIV> <DIV>I dunno about Antonia.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>All I can say is, when and if you can just visit these folks as you please, their environment had better reflect their positions.</DIV> <DIV>...and we better be able to visit them eventually. After a year of playing I expect to be treated like a hero in Qeynos =p.</DIV>
