<DIV>Tome of Destiny says the old fortress of Guk was there last stronghold.  It hints that the Rallosian armies attempted to kill them within the Labrynth.  However the Tome also hints to the evil Frogloks being a concern for the retreating inhabitants of the Outpost of Marr.</DIV>

<DIV>Well, acording to the Tome of Destiny they were last seen retreating from the Rallosian Army into Guk. As we all know Guk is a nasty place, and it's even alluded to by the Captain mentioning an "ancient evil" (or something evil) stirring in the depths of Lower Guk.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I'm willing to bet it's gonna take awhile and probably a good bit of effort for the frog's to be freed. They're probably trapped in Guk and it will take a good size raid of 40+ to free them. </DIV>

<DIV>Hehe.  Raids are capped at 24, I think.  Now, it might require multiple concurrent raids.   That would be kind of cool.  teams from both cities would have to fight the evil of Guk, which may just be the Cauldron of Innoruuk.  I'm sure the Arcane Scientists would love to study the Cauldron.</DIV>

<DIV>According to the world map though it seems as if Innothule has sunk. Which leaves the mystery of how we're going to access Guk now (maybe through the Feerrot?).</DIV>

<DIV>There's an NPC in Qeynos Harbor that talks about defeating the Rallosian Empire or something....maybe he has something to do with this?</DIV>

<DIV>My personal guess would be that Guk is sunk.  If it is a zone it will be similar to Kedge Keep, only will have air pockets within Guk, since Frogs do need to breath air.  This would provide for a good enviornment for there eggs to hatch and thrive.</DIV>

<DIV>After what happened with Rallosian War, the Rending, and the Shattering, I have 2 guesses:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1) As Simion just said, Guk could be sunk underwater and access is somewhere else and we just need to find it.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2) the Innothule Swamp, where Guk is, is an island and it had literally fell off the face of map, thus unmarked.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Until more information is found, that's all I can guess. So as of this time, Frogloks are somewhere in Guk and aren't freed yet.</DIV>

<DIV>what would be interesting if, the good players had to try save the good frogloks, and the evil the evil ones, so the cities would have to compete for hoards of people testing out the 'new race' and flooding theyre city... hmm <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>seriously though some kind of competition would be good between the cities</DIV>

<DIV>I believe the only evil frogloks are the undead frogloks? The living ones all worship Mith Marr, and so are good..</DIV>

<DIV>Kunark Frogloks are not the playable ones though. The playable ones are the Guktan Frogloks of EQL, who were all of a good alignment. Also, the homepage says the Frogloks are of good alignment starting in Qeynos, and that they are 'fiercely devoted to Mithaniel Marr'. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If there is a reason for competition between the two cities, it wont have to do with who gets the race in their city.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Kamimura on <span class=date_text>12-02-2004</span> <span class=time_text>12:13 PM</span>
