<DIV>I am just trying to get an idea of what others are able to solo atm.  I am 13 and i am soloing the scarecrows in Central Farmland that con Blue Group ^^  and they come one at a time.  So what lvl are you and what are the toughest mobs u can solo.  <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>Eh, cant say as i can solo anything else that any other shaman cant solo. In eq1 it was cool to see what you could solo cause you had a better array of spells to choose from, plus  you could kite mobs.  It was very fun spending 20 minutes using skill to keep yerself alive and take down a ubber mob. In eq2 w/o root and sow doesnt out distance mobs, about all you can do is dot, let the mob bang on you while you kep ward on yerself and hope yer specials stick..sigh..blah blah blah no real skill or thinking needed. <DIV>At 19, and at least the last few levels, my choice has been green group mobs.  Depending on the mob, I can beat a blue group mob but I better have very few resists and will probably have to use the special ward spell we get in addition to spectral ward.  For the last few levels, I've been in VS taking on greens in groups of 2 or 3.  2 is no problem, three can be tricky, but a heck of a lot of fun.  All my solo spells are still at app3 and most of my gear is questable, so it's not like I have a great advantage in those areas.  When fighting groups of 3 i will pull with contagin, hit target #2 with slow and target #3 with weakness.  Go back to target 1 and start my HO's until dead all the while keeping my ward up.  Getting the first one dead quickly is the key.  If any of the three have "up arrows", it's 50/50.  If I'm fighting a 2 pull, up arrows don't really mean that much, just a slightly longer fight.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I find that the loot from soloing groups of greens or a single green group^^ mob is much better than solo flagged mobs, as well as, the xp is better.</DIV>

Green group mobs tear me apart.</DIV><hr></blockquote>About the same here, at level 28.Solo creatures, yellows are pretty easy, and most oranges are doable.A single green Group ^^ mob, though, will beat me. I'd need about 15% more power to kill one.

Since acquiring keening haze at 24 my solo ability went up again... can kill green^^ np and some blue ^^

I've even soloed a group of 4 green group mobs, but I was OOP on the last one and was left with 20%hp. I just ward, haz, delusion,dot, repeat as needed. I also have bear form up which gives mall. which seems to make alot of difference.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It also depends on if I fizzle or the mob resists a spell, Oh and interrupts.</DIV>
