<DIV>Hello fellow mystics--</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As this is a bonus to everyone, I'd like my comrads to directly know, although others may find out.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This item:</DIV> <DIV><A href="http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/item.vm?itemId=6485" target=_blank>http://eq2players.station.sony.com/en/item.vm?itemId=6485</A> ,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>is given by the NPC in the right side of bank just as you walk in, that you usually cant understand -- go to armor shop in the town, talk to scribe and buy gnomish language primer, then go back and talk to him.  He'll give you a quest to kill some stuff in TS, run back, kill more, run back.... etc.  I suggest grabbing a group of friends... (tank, DPS, the usual) because you can knock this quest out pretty easily with all of them present, and make sure to tell them they also get a choice (yes 4 different ones) of which helmet they want.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>When I heard armor quest dont give a helm i was like "ah crap"  but then I was told this by a friend and it really made my day.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>SO... go out and do it!!! 5 wisdom is awesome, and silver and XP (almost 10%) can't hurt either... Good luck guys!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>The quest is called Spindlecog's New Job. He is an NPC in the Baubbleshire bank.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>First ... thanks for the heads up on this excellant quest~!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Completed the first two steps (kill 10 deer and then 10 griffawns). But the 3rd step is proving tedious (kill 100 tide octopi). </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Found some in the water around the Dock in TS but they seem pretty rare. In an hour of swimming, only found 4 (and this is with killing everyhing we see to make sure something wasn't a placeholder).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any suggestions on a better spot to find them?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Good news of all this ... my swimming skill is great.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Final note ... anyone else noticed out level 22ish water breathing spell seems bugged?!? It would stop working for other group members even though their icon was up and they had plenty of time left.</DIV>

<DIV>There are a lot of octopi north of the siren temple. If one of the group members has infravision she can see NPCs much further underwater.</DIV>

<DIV>Heh ... sorry for the error typing ... it is 10 octopi <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Found two spawn points for them .... one of course was around the dock on the NE coast. The other was off the NW coats just past where the griffawns spawn (if you know where that is). </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>On the second try we had a tracker with us (swashbuckler) who made it a snap to find them.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Now if I could only highland huntresses to finish my AQ6 <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Ghartan</DIV>

<DIV>Is this quest level based?  I went and purchased the book last night, but after hailing the correct person, he just said somethings(which i could read, understand).  I am level 23 if that helps.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks!</DIV>

<DIV>Don't think it is level based ... at least not too tight.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I was level 23 when I got the quest ... and my friend was level 21.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Ghartan</DIV>
