Prismatic 2.0 proc working?

<div>Is the prismatic 2.0 proc working with our regens?  Only time I ever see the weapon fire off is when i zone or rebuff after a death.  Does the weapon only regard buffs as the spells needed to make it proc? </div>

<div>Yes it does work. In fact during raids now heal spam is just ridiculous. You will see endless amounts of green numbers flying of people's head as at any given moment at least one priests' Prissy 2.0 is proccing! BTW crit healing is a great source of information. It really shows how often our heal spells are wasted.</div>
