Equinox

Did I miss something or did the power cost of Equinox jump substantially?  It costs 722 power and I don't recall it being that high.  I was rezzed yesterday during a raid and for the 1st time since LU 15 hit I tried to cast equinox but couldn't even though my power bar was over 1/4 full (rez sickness, stripped off my gear before death and had no buffs so my full power is around 2k).  I used to be able to cast equinox almost immediately after being rezzed in this situation. <div></div>

It definitely went up at LU13. As with Light_Journey, though, I'm uncertain as to whether or not it went up with LU15 as well. <div></div>

Thanks.  I haven't done much raiding since LU 13 and really the only one that caused a wipe was Darathar the Buggy.  I must not have noticed the increase till yesterday and assumed it was due to LU 15. <div></div>

It appears the power cost is level based.  Removing my items (and hence my total and maximum power) didn't change the power cost but leveling did. <div></div>

All of the level-scaling spells have increasing power costs- the Splitpaw heal is another example, as are the single-target cures. I imagine that the scaling power cost is intended. <div></div>
