What 10-20 Skills do you Still Use? Need Adept 3 help.

<DIV>Hi, my friend and I just started twinks.  I'm a brawler and he's a druid.  He's going to go warden and I was just wondering what spells would be useful in upgrading to Adept 3's and what training skills are worth taking.  Right now I know he has Adept 3 regrowth (so it wouldn't really be worth uping to the training version for 4 points per tick), what other powers are worth taking and what trainings are worth taking as well?  I've heard mixed results most of which being:<BR>Bloom</DIV> <DIV>Willowskin</DIV> <DIV>Effloresce</DIV> <DIV>Thoughts, feelings, suggestions?</DIV>

<DIV>As I posted on the other thread, I still use Bloom heavily at 30+, that would be my main recommendation.  I've heard Adept 3 Willowskin isn't much improvement over Adept 1.</DIV>

I'm level 39 and still using Regen Adept 3 =P Best purchase ever made, long lasting.
