personally i used the champion robe till i hit t6 and had a rare one made for me (20 int) however, with the changes they have recently done to some zones there now drops a nice robe in cazic thule (zone inside the feerrot) that drops a nice robe as wel, it has 10 intelligence and a +2 bonus on both power and health regen in combat. Cant lookup the name right now as i'm not at home but when i get back i'll check it for you.

Keeper's robe is a great upgrade to the Invoker one in the tier before it and has 25 int, plus version two of the combat power regen. I keep my imbued cambric blouse as backup since it has better resists which may or may not be preferable in certain situations. Keeper's robe is also a nice dark grey/black color and far less people have that robe than the cambric.

I'm seeing it on alot more people tho, so I'm thinking it will be the next robe that everyone is wearing. At least the people capable of doing poets palace.

not realy sure as both pics someone else took i just copied and combined them from different posts (

BUT vest needs major overhall.. ya got more mit (like we use it as a caster) -----a few decent resists (Nice when raiding but most xp group never think of resists)-- maybe add another stat to it like 20sta... or hp regen... or effect would make it more attractive for a fabled

god knows looks sure wont...

The vest could have 30 int 500 resists and 300 mit and I wouldn't wear it. This is why I won't wear anything but robes. The tunics/leggings combos look horrible in this game -- like newbie patchwork dolls.

I'm the exact opposite..I just don't find the robes even remotely attractive, and I'm rather vain So I try to coordinate a look and have good stats too...currently I'm level 34, so perhaps it's easier at my level. I'm currently wearing the Fog grimmin stuff from EL...quite nice And my self buffed int is 177, while my sta is 108...the rest of my stats suck, but I'm mainly focusing on int/sta, with wis swaying the balance on otherwise equal items. (good jewelry can make up for a multitude of shortcoming in tunic vs. robe) I find my character equal/better in stats with other like-leveled necros that I inspect. (and inspecting is ESSENTIAL if you're not going the most traveled path, not only to see what stats you should be meeting, but to see what that WOW COOL tunic is...lol) Of course this may be harder to do at higher levels, but with research and planning you CAN make an outfit that looks good and has comparable stats --- at least if you're not raiding. I'm not sure how it would be for raiding toons, since I don't really know what's out there that's nonrobed for the 50+ raiding scene. I do plan to try to stay in a tunic for the entire career of my necromancer, though...and I LOVE this character so it's gonna be a long one I guess I consider the look of my gear an additional aspect of the game --- how do I get a look I want, and still be able to function WELL in my chosen class. ~Yira
