A fellow member of my guild actually got it to drop off of KoS trash mobs in TT while he was harvesting. I believe he said it was bixies, but might be mistaken. It wasn't a named, just the normal mobs that are around. Took him completely by surprise.<div></div>

from my understanding, TT is considered T6 interms of spell drops. I've gotten 3 or 4 level 60 spells in the last few months. Oddly, all from bixies ... i wonder <div></div>
