Word of Force (maybe Words of Force). To get it you have to finish the Harclave quest and gain the trust of the gnolls, then you can buy it from the gnoll merchant. It's on the same timer as seizure et al though, so don't get your hopes up on that. It does more damage than seizure though, although it has a 2 second cast time. I've calculated it out with my Ad3 seizure and over time chain casting seizure will actually net more dps, but in "real life" situations Word of Force will probably give more dps, especially if you get lucky with the proc. If you are chain casting there is very little to choose between Seizure and Words of Force. However WoF does not interrupt so I prefer to use it whenever I have TM on a mob. I tend to be lazy about such things so I use it all the tiem unless I specifically want to interrupt or want a 'kill' shot (usually just as a mob runs at me with a sliver of health left I will nuke rather than root again).
