<DIV>Has anyone tested this spell in any way? WIth the upcoming patch to damage output (nerfing tanks, cracking out wizards) it seems that the hate proc may become useful.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>To that extent I'm thinking about ugprading it to adept3, except I really haven't found an efficient way to test this spell.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any thoughts?</DIV>

cast it on the scout of your group and if he dies it worked <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

<DIV>Well.. At level 50 with Annoying Demeanor (Master 1), after testing. it seems to have absolutely no difference with or without it, experimented with it on MT, Zerker, Troub, assassin... etc.. no noticable difference at all</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Tengar</DIV> <DIV>50 Coercer - Blackburrow - Descendants</DIV>

It seemed to work this morning when the wizzy was getting his booty beat down and I cast it on main tank. Wizzy no longer was getting beat.

<DIV>I levelled to 38 two nights ago, and last night while in a bare-bones group (38 Coercer, 34 Guardian, 30 Inquisitor.. fear the Holy Trinity!) Annoying Demeanour Adept 1 actually dropped.  I scribed it and began testing it out, as I hadn't touched it yet after reading it was broken here.  Well, for the rest of the night, neither I nor the cleric drew agro, no matter how much we tried.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The Guardian was dual wielding, and I think that might have had something to do with it.  The spell's description says it adds hate with each attack, and dual wielders obviously get more attacks.  We ended up going after some of the rare named spawns in Enchanted Lands (Shaydra the Wicked, and the Essence of Darkness), and in those fights I was chain-casting to keep the enemy stifled while dropping DoTs, nukes and manataps to keep us rolling due to our small group.  The cleric was almost chaining heals.  Not once did the agro slip.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So try out the spell.  Ask your tank to try dual wielding, see if it makes a difference.  My experience thus far is that it does have an effect, and if wizard damage output is as drastically changed as people say it is, we might become needed in groups to keep them alive by casting this on the tank. <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

<DIV>Well let put this way classes who can initially draw strong agro (Zerks/Guardians) effect of Damenator practically invisible for low agro tank - Paladins its VERY visible. For SK it somewhat helpfull.</DIV> <DIV>I can tell this if I have Paladin as tank - no matter how hard Paladin taunt casting my battle sequence - Ravage Psyche-Angonizing Silence - Devouring toughts - always draw agro on me... if I give paladin Annoing Damentor - I can afford land this sequence w/o been hammered</DIV>

<DIV>Post Patch, Annoying Demeanor (Master 1) at level 50, now increases hate gain by 20%, not sure if its effective yet, i still cant get scouts killed more often then normal with it</DIV>

<DIV>Hah I used to cast the Adept 1 (15%) on wizzies who [Removed for Content] me off to see if I could get them squashed, but no luck, never seems to do anything.</DIV>

<DIV>I think it only works on melee damage</DIV>
