Important: T1 Training Skill

Hi all Latest patch is out, and it fixed the T1 Training Skill which is an upgrade to Magi Shielding. Its called El'rad Shielding or something. Previously it greys out at about level 20. Good news!  Its working now, and it gives more hp and damage mitgation than Magi Shielding, not to mention the additional proc. Amongst all training skills all the way to T5, this is the only one that will scale with you forever. I saved my /respec (never made a wrong choice hehe) for a long time and this patch provided an excellent opportunity to use it. Fellow warlocks, I would strongly encourage you to choose the T1 training skill El'rad's Shielding. If all else fails, you can try petitioning for another /respec since its SOE's fault again haha. ~Morte~ <div></div>

how much more does it offer? and what is the proc? would take at least a 5%-10% increase for me to respec from tyrals searing orb i use it too much
