FoR contains Heat Debuff

It debuffs heat for 1120 at master 1<BR><BR>Damage :<BR><BR>Inflicts  227-379 on targets (initially)<BR><BR>Inflicts 65-108 damage every 3 seconds.<BR><BR><BR>and it seems that FoR isnt affected by aoe's, or so it seems (unlike protoferno). <P>I think what he's saying is, the debuff isn't listed in the spell description, but rather on the effect icon on the mob.  If you examine FoR icon on the mob, you can see what's being done.</P> <P>I didn't get a chance to confirm this yesterday....but check there....</P>

Neat, but oh so inaccurate. Fusion in that context would proably be more accuratly described as "Merging nuclei with the application of extreme pressure" or something similar, but whatever...Also, Liquefying and melting are the same thing.<div></div>
