Concussive works on AE?

A series of questions about the hate reducing spell Concussive.1) When I cast concussive then an encounter ae such as lightning flash, does it reduce hate with all targets or just the one I had targetted?2) When I cast concussive then a PB AE does it reduce hate with all the targets or just the one I had targetted? What if I had no targets targetted what then?A suggestion for gear:Gear with a permanant small concussive buff that stacks with our concussive spell.

Concussion doesn't take effect on all mobs w/ grp AoE spells.Concussion DOES take effect on all mobs hit by PBAoE spells.Solo strategy against grps: Hit one grp member with dispell arcane from afar, lay down a Forge of Ro (if you have it), and PBAoE...Then take them out one by one.<div></div>
