All the doom and gloom put aside... I love my Paly and will be there day one of EoF!

Does SOE have it in for us??  Some days it seems like it!

Does that mean we should let ourselves go into extinction... NO!  It drives me more to be the best Paly and tank I can be.

I hear ya, I'm giving up on my Swashbuckler to come back and play a Paladin (My first character choice for EQ2). Paladins rock IMO.

Aye,I love my Pally too.  I fell into the "I'm going to betray" mentality for a while, but I love being a Paladin too much!

I love mine as well, and will be playing it as much as I can through EoF. If it does come to pass that they are ineffective for raids, then I guess I'll have some other class I'll play for raids. However, raids are only part of the game and part of the experience and fun. I realize that, and will continue to solo or group (even if I am not MT) regardless.~Sir Hawke Holyblayde, Hero of Maj'Dul

im a PVP pally and love it you think raiding MT is a pally weak spot HA play PVP and you have awhole new ball game.  but it can be done and people have learned to be very careful when they see my pally alone because i can hold my own against most classes

except brigs.  but thats changing oh yes its changing

I like playing paladin too , and there realy is nothing wrong with a paladin ! ..unless you want to raid and there realy isn't room , then you will be the first one to be kicked form the raid to make room for a specialized class SMILEYUnfortunately I like the raiding part of the game.So I'll have to start and other class or play my Conjuror which I have not realy enjoyed raiding with in the past.

I love raiding as well, and have been the victim of downsizing.  T

he good news is in my guild, if you sign-up and show-up and don't get picked you get DKP as if you participated.  On the nights I do end up going I still have lots of DKP, all the other tank classes have gear already, so I get things cheap... 25% of the cost the MT got the same item only a few weeks earilier.

So do I...even when we dont get new "tank" abillitys. I like the "all around role" the paladin have, tanking, healing, rez and buffer.

I love my pally as well. Been playing since day one. As for raiding, we have a huge roll in Lyceum kicking plants.
