On the test server? Blackweb reported that you cannot have more than 1 effect on from imbued rings at one time. Casting a second imbued ring cancels the first. On the test server that is.

The last time I checked on the test server, the ring buff issue had been fixed or I made a mistake in reporting it. Either way, it has been resolved.
