Non-upgrading spells

Hey, can anyone tell me which spells/CA's of the SK don't upgrade as you level please.

I know... Rescue... fill the blanks SMILEY

Off the top of my head, the spells (pre lvl 57) Intercede, Tap Veins, Mana Sieve, Doom Judgement, and Rescue Don't have any upgrades. Probably more I'm forgetting.
