Suggestions for T3 fabled equipment?

I've got an alt SK, with XP shut off at lvl 21, twinked out specifically for PVP. I've got a couple of fabled pieces, and a couple of legendary, and 2 masters (not including my m2 choice). However, I'd like to work on completly fabling out this character, and I need some suggestions on raid, or difficult heroic boss mobs to take on at that level, that drop SK fabled gear. I know the elephant training grounds has a bunch of named, and I recently got a nice pair of fabled plate boots there. Any other suggestions you cna provide would be greatly apprecited.

Just out of curiosity, why did you pick tier 3 to shut off xp, and why at the bottom of the tier?

its a PVP thing, stops them getting attacked by people in t4 gear

Exactly. At level 21, I don't have to worry about facing T4 characters, where some of the classes start to really become powerful. Plus, after leveling a character up to 70, I feel like the low 20's is the best time PVPing. I still have higher level characters I play, including my level 70 main, but when I need my pvp fix, I like to log into my twinked out lvl 21 SK.
