![]() Started playing my guy again a couple months ago after a 8 month break and man what a lot of changes.I was wondering if we have any kind of defensive stance that I just can't see, ie. +xx defense -xxslash/crush/pierce or any kind of mitigation increase?Second, I noticed that agility was very pitiful. I almost have it to 300, and it seems every +23 barely gives me a %.When I look at other tanks, they can achieve over 50% avoidance when grouped. On the other hand I have a tough time breaking 40%.Also, do you turn off pox sword? Yes it lowers my avoidance by 3-4%, but with the increase in int the mob goes down faster. (from what I can tell, removing pox sword is our "defensive stance", or did i overlook something, which is quite possible)I seem to hold aggro very well (need to work on my power consumption though), I just seem to get hit a lot more, and a bit harder. It seems I am forced more and more t be MT to even get a group, b/c a better tank in the group would rather dps b/c he is tired of tanking.I guess I am just a bit frustrated at the moment. |

SKs have both a offensive stance which increases damange (int) and a defensive stance (increases wis and mit) Also, you ARE a tank and you should be expected to play MT in a group. Thats your job. Im not sure what the issue is there.

![]() yep things seem pretty accurate in my opinion your better of making a group of your own. as an sk I am a born tank, with full plate etc, and as the one who decides when and what to fight, I usually am the one who starts the group in the first place. and when I do I RARELY ever pick another tank into the group unless its a bruiser/monk who wants to be dps. other wise there is little reason for their to be a pally, sk, guardian, or zerker in the same group, with a few exceptions. though sometimes its nice to have an off tank if you think you are going to add alot. (raids are a different story)
