Can Not Forge Onwards,...

due to the fact this quest states "Find queen whatshername in soanso village"
I can see others are hailing her, yet she is NOT here from my point of view, and I was just on a leaf adjacent to hers moments ago talking with another glubaewhatevertheyare.

Nothing on track for queen anything, which would encompass this entire village, so she is NOT in this village as this quest suggests.
No flashing books on map or over any NPC's heads indicating they might have additional information.

seems to me this quest is broken.

I referenced it in the title, the quest is Forging Onwards, step 5. Soandso awaits me in the village.

I'd like to add something here. I'm working both Adv & Crft questlines and seem to have gotten bugged when trying to coverse with Queen Alwenielle in Zou'Lidlas. I got to talk to her for Kunark Ascending : Beyond the Veil and she will not give updates to the Forging Onwards questline after that. All she says is "You'll find the entrance to the Arcanne's Spire within the deep chasm that splits Thalumbra I will join you as soon as I can!". And my Forging Onwards quest says to bring the stone to her. Do I have to complete Beyond the Veil before being able to bring the stone to her? Seems like a race/lockout condition to me.

Sorry, I did not see anything with my name upon it.
And I am unsure about others, I do not start rifling through other people's underwear drawer when I find them not home when they stated that they would be.

Ah, sorry, I missed that was the quest title. Yeah, she leaves a note for you where she was standing. And yes, they need to have a quest update/pop-up with something along the lines of "The queen isn't here? Oh, looks like she left a note!" /feedback it
