For Looks I'd have to say the original Prismatic Baton was the kewlest looking weapon ever..... (With graphics turned up).

For ability it's a toss up between Icedusters and Sixtas Knuckles of Mastery.

yes thats the guy. he drops alot of Ice-Proc weapons. I with they woudl make a T7 version of the Icedusters!
