I made lvl 19 last night and went into FP looking to start the quest for my lvl 19 weapon, and it hit me... The guy is no longer even there in the building! Is it gone? Has it moved? Is there a new one in it's place or deleted all together?

I never did the lvl 19 weapon ...not sure what you're talking about ...

CamdenSteel is talking about the Bruiser subclass quest...you got a cestus at the end of it. Since you choose your subclass during charactor creation now my guess is the quest no longer exists. http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?eq2quest=781

You don't get the weapon automatically. (I dinged 20 2 nights ago.)

correct ^ there is no sublass npc anymore so there is no quest to become a brusier as you are already one
