Viswin's Hunting Chaps where do they come from??

Anyone know where these come from or anything about them i.e. where they drop or what quest gives them so on...they are legendary and have decent stats but that is all i can find out so any help would be appreciated.

I would assume just due to what they are called they might be a drop from Huntmaster Viswin who this one of the (or the) end mob of the new bow HQ...Sounds like his pants....or just his hunting buddies...get it....chaps..../nyuk nyuk

They acutally come from a contested ring event off the second floor of MM Castle. From an Epic 2 named that spawns at the end of the ring.
