I honestly never bothered doing the AQ's myself. By the time you have the whole set, you've already outgrown it. I preffer getting the lvl 22 mastercrafted set. It's really easy to get and the materials are really cheap. Around 8g per cuirboilli leather, 8g * 7 pieces * 2 imbued mats(sparkling stone?) 2g = 54g.

Or if your low of gold, you can just wait till lvl 32 and get the tier4 set of mastercrafted gear(Engraved).

IMHO it's probably not worth worrying too much about your T3 gear, and you are going to blow past T3 so fast its probably not worth spending the gold on stuff.  You can get some usuable leather armor from hunting the bears in Thundering Steppes.  I would recommend doing that, and saving your gold to buy T4 master crafted gear.

Is there somewhere where I can find out what are T3 and T4 sets?  I can't craft armour, are these easy to buy?

If you are in a guild you can usualy find a tailor that will make the pieces for cost.  You just need the rare pelts  (which you can get off the broker or from lots and lots of trapping) and the shinies for imbuing.  If you need to go out of guild for a tailor, just use the group search function to find a tailor LFW, or put an anouncment out i level chat.
