Yep, the 6 stamina does make it better, but I'd personally go for the Gi of Madness for the look SMILEY

hehe, my mistake, I just looked at the soe data on the 2 items and thought ChokeIce Blast was a single proc - doh!

But now looking at the actual specs:

Yep, it's waaaaaaaaaay better!
