Reccomended Upgrade Help

Hey im a 41 Monk about to ding 42 and I was wondering what spells are worth upgrading.I recently found a rough ruby and was just trying to figure if it is really worth upgrading a spell or if I should just sell it.So please help and if you can maybe post pics of some spells you upgraded that I could upgrade.

Save it till 44 and upgrade Spider Stance, IMO.

Mt spider stance was adept 3 so I didnt go with that, but if it wern't I would have choosen it. I took Icy Talon instead.
