Ashen Order Faction

Ive only been able to find one quest for this faction heard there was an NPC that gave a repeatable faction quest but im having trouble finding him. Seems like ive looked everywhere around T'Narev also did one quest for disiple faction. just cant seem to find anymore. If someone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it. /bow

The NPC you're looking for is on the right side of the cliffs if you're entering T'Narev from the Sinking Sands. I forget her name at the moment, cause I'm not in game, but she's standing behind a cactus, and near a door guarded by two Elite Ashen Order Monks.

My faction is sort of screwed at the moment, I'm Kindly, and I can't complete any more quests cause Sandscrawler Maruaders don't give updates. How fun. :smileymad:

I'm up to kindly faction so far, figured getting more faction would allow me to grab the quests higher up. The Marauders dun update, I just keep deleting the quest until I get Soldiers, Shamaners, Falcons and Lunatics. Not the enlighten ones, mind you. Can't find those ><.. Hoping the reward is a nice Gi SMILEY

. Maybe a faction merchant of sorts, the old bruiser AQ look would be cool. Girl for us is Shu Fang Qi

killing harpies is ashen disciples, the monk masters are ashen order. Ashen order can only be raised by the 8.5k sp faction quests and the repeatable 1000 sp quest. After doing all the non repeatable quests and the repeatable one 5-6 times im at high indif, almost kindly. But its gonna take another 45 ish to get max alley

Two questions:

1) Just a general question... I'm not seeing any "Your faction with _____ has gotten better" at all. Maybe it doesn't update anymore... but I was slaughtering blades guards endlessly and all of a sudden they became KOS. I never got a single faction status message, nor did I turn in any coins. I don't see any filter in my UI that I need to clear to see this. Did they simply take it out?

2) You think there will be an ashen order quest that lets us get one of those nifty monk hats that they wear? SMILEY

Its a girl by a cactus. If you zone into PoF by the monks and follow the left wall around you'll see her by the door.

I'm having trouble getting the repeatable quest. I've done both quests for the Masters, however cannot get a quest from the girl by the cactus. My faction is dubious with both the Ashen order and the diciples.

Faction is obtained by each individual, correct?

You have to do 2 quests from her before she gives the lame repeat quest. As for not seeing faction message, check ur ui settings its there, i promise you. You prolly have it filtered. As for quests, there are definatly 3-4 monks who say u need more faction before they will talk, but atm grinding to 60 > grinding faction

On the Valor Server the gaining faction mit Harpie-kills is bugged. You get the message but you dont get any positive faction. I killed about 2000 Harpies now and the bar in the faction window has not moved a sliver. Also, atm only freeport characters can talk to the guy that gives the 2 quests and after that the repeatable one. So, i wasnt able to get past dubious at all SMILEY

i just was able to do the 2 quests of the masters. I hope it will get fixed soon, bugreport has been written a while ago.

I'm ally right now, after doing a horribly large amount of stupid quests and the other not so bad ones, I ended up with a 12 wis/5 Str earing, access to a nice instance which I have yet to take a full group into, and Kiri will no longer tell me to go away. She says nothing, actually.. Which leads me to believe it's bugged, but I'll keep trying.. maybe it's timed, or maybe I need 100% ally, instead of just crossing the line, ally.

Yeah I have the same problem. Killing Harpies doesn't raise any of the five factions listed upon death of the harpy. That leaves me with the repetative and slightly mindnumbing 1k faction quests which barely moves the slider. I'm currently Indifferent, and it seemed to me that when I finished the first repeatable quest from Shung Ho (?) the factions "bugged" up.Edit: This is for the Disciples faction.

Is the Ashen Order Qeynos only and the Ashen Disciples Freeport only because when I talk to the girl who gives the repeat kill quests for the Ashen Order she tells me "We left the shadow of Lucan long ago, please do not attempt to return it to us." but Shing Ho will give me the repeat kill quests for the Ashen Disciples. Just wondering as there does not appear to be any reason to raise your Ashen disciples faction well there appears to be more quests and an instance from the Ashen order when you get a high enough Faction.
