Where does the level 20 monk armor quest start?

Haven't had luck finding it, anyone have some info? Oh yeah whats the quest called too?

Her name is Selwyn, she is by the tree to NQ gate in SQ.

its possible to solo aq1 at 22 but very difficult. one stellar group can do all aq's
