EQ1 vs. EQ2

wish they would make a new server on EQ1 and implement the graphics of EQ2...where monks are monks....just my opinion..since i played my monk for 4.5yrs. there is alot that i like about EQ2, but its mainly the graphics..monks just dont feel like monks..are gear graphic wise sucks..and yes i completed AQ6, and the pics that Gage posted for armor lvl 30 to 39 look non-monk like. FD is nice, but i still havent found a way to make a hotkey for Evade..and all you oldschool monks know what that macro was all about. Mend shouldnt be castable..meaning you have to stand still. but the camping aspect is nice..no longer have i waited or hopefully have to wait for a spawn like Pawbuster, or Raster of Guk..and again all you old school monks know what i am talking about....going to continue my career in EQ2 and i look forward to gage's posts to see what the future brings..i just dont know how he does it..lvling so fast!...but more power to him..gives me insight, and knowledge of what to expect and what not to do..hopefully he will or someone like him will post a lvling guide, gear, and weapons that best suit our class../hint, /hint....thanks for listening to me..dont want to come off like i hate this class, i dont..just want the old school back in some ways. be safe my friends.

ahh good ole pawbuster and Raster /sigh memories, 195 hours total i waitied to get raster, final 40 hours straight to get him, now thats what a epic is all about, imho anyways, it gave the weilder of the epic a huge respect for it, none of these 30 min quest done stuff like u get today. Its a pity, cause i loved the challenge of a strong quest, one that requires patience and determination. Need more of them imho.
