Pretty sure a lot of questions will be asked, so to help with forum spam, going to hope it'll just be one post where ppl can reference.This is going to be for a lvl 70 Guard Betray to Berserker, assumed is Some raid knowledge. Assumed knowledge of guardian, using same skills to talk about berserker skills.33 rares ready(rescue/intercede count too)(19 will be t7 just about)(12 will be T6)[this should be correct, give or take, if not look at the eq2ref.com list i guess heh]your ancient spells will beinsolent gibevision of madnessopen wounds(52,55,58 respectively) for T6(in case you want a adept3 made, but the alchy doesn't have the recipe, you'll know it's ancient spell)As to how to play your new lvl 70 berserker...Buffs,We have 5 slots and we use em allengulf rage-self zerkwar cry-group zerkcombative rage-group regenroar-str bufftaunting defense-taunt DSstance(couragous will/unrestrained fury)vom(depending if you'll need it to use it, it's on a 30m timer from use)(i think thats it's not in game so can't check, just off the top of my head) this ones should be casted and up most 99% of the timeTemp buffs to cast(and keep an eye on)blood craze-self regen, 10m duration- upon enemy weapon melee, has chance to proc reactive self regenweapon aegis- counterattack 3x and it's down, 30sec duration(when tanking of course)Guarded Vehemence- the usual fighter avoidance check buff, gives us +agi, if there's different fighter in group take thiers instead.Temp mit buffs.wall of ferocity- self snare/ self +mit/ decrease dps... same wall of line as the guardmayhem- group +mit, same group +mit as guard command aura(more crush+ instead of slash, is about all)Suppressed rage- +def(i don't ever use it.... capped def) -dpsTaunts.1 single taunt/interrupt1 sing taunt/minor dmg1 aoe taunt/even while stunned1 pbaoe aoe taunt, if attack you 50% to add more taunt(insolent gibe lvl 52 ancient)3min timer1 rescue(basically you loose 1 aoe taunt, and reinforcement is replaced with insolent gibe... sort to speak, it's not as great as reinforcement to gain back hate when some1 overnukes, instead it's more of a pre-cast and aoe aggro)Stuns.agonizing press (with shield only) 30secstunning howl- aoe stun/dmg-1min?bloodbath- Pbaoe KD/dmg-30secdemolish- stun/dmg -1min(basically you get 2 more stuns as a zerker)...now i think why most ppl betrayed to a zerker, the DPS3, 20sec/debuff attacks --ruthless strike/persitant battering/disfigure2, 10sec attacks-- stampede/breachfrenzied blows- 3x attacks, if you miss once, all other attacks miss, 1min timeropen wounds- pbaoe 54%self haste, 100% auto attack 24secs, 3min timerdestruction(rampage if you know that term best)- encounter 10x proc, 3min timerjuggernaut-20%ish crit increase, ca increase massive mit/resists(-1300) and defense(40?) penalties, 24secs, 3min timerIs it worth it to trade your guard for a zerker? well you already did, here's a quick guide to get you back up to speed, basically imo, the only thing you'll miss as a new berserker is tower of stone. And thats really if you only raid MT, some of you won't, so you won't even miss carrying around 10legendary shields anymore. Other than that, maybe plant, a taunt, and your reliance on reinforment.I could be missing alot of things, i'm not in game so i might miss a spell or 2, or something heh, i'm sure others will add on to this.

![]() Nice post thx for the info man. I betabuffed a zerker to familiarize myself with the class a bit but this post still helps. I also rolled a zerker to lvl 20 to get a feel for the way they worked.

![]() Nice write-up. Now.. if you new Berserks wanna play a bit, find a heroic even-con group...no-arrows or down arrows to begin with... anywhere from 3 to 5 in the group. Hit rampage and open wounds, then make your pull(ranged attack or taunt), as they're runnin in cast yer weapon shield. As soon as they're in range, hit bloodbath followed by barrage(wasn't listed, frontal arc AoE, but easy to miss), followed by stunning howl. Cackle crazily as a wall of orange numbers floats up...... Mop up any survivors with slay/frenzied blows(also triggers rampage/open wounds procs hehe) Sit around smiling goofily for the next 220 seconds then repeat Wellcome to the Asylum
