Dragoon's Reflexes (AAXP)

Curious as to what the added benefit of additional ranks in Dragoon's Reflexes?

does it increase the duration of the ability? And if so, by how much for each additional rank?

All of the fifth teir abilities cost a flat 8 AA pnts and only have 1 rank. So you cant upgrade Dragoon reflexs.
