10 Minute buffs. Why?

Why dont they make changes so that our 10 minute buffs are maybe 15 or 20 minutes? I mean really i think its annoying to be buffing every 10 minutes I dont see how making the skills 15 or 20 minutes will somehow give is a advantage.

good god... at 3 minuets you would be spending as much time buffing as fighting... 15 minuet buffs would seem about ideal, but for the time I guess 10 minuets is MUCH better than 3

Back then, I wouldn't even bother putting up buffs that I didn't absolutely need. Because by the time I'd be fully buffed, the buffs I first cast would be almost half through.

This is what I did with 3 min buffs back when I leveled in perma frost. Kept the buffs up, and only had the power to use frenzy and vanq, no chanter so had to reserve that power. 15 would be better, to coincide with the fury line, but i still vividly remember the days of 3 mins and 10 still feels like a treat.
