Another useless upgrade :(

I recently aquired the anarchy ability. I made a mental notes of all stats involved. Just so happens a adept 1 was for sale so I thought Id take a chance. There was NO upgrade at all from app 1 to adept 1. I mean none, not a single stat changed. Not even a slight increase. This is obvioulsy broken and I wanted to make sure none of my fellow zergs made this same mistake, until its fixed. Obviously I made a bug report but no telling when this will be fixed. Just a word to the waring all SMILEY

Well, it is not going to hurt to upgrade it now and then take the benefits when it is fixed. I wouldnt spend much on it, though. And I would stay away from the 6 plat master.

It's probably because the skill is still orange to you. I upgraded to Adept 1 about 3 levels after I got the skill (had trouble finding it for sale before then), and I did notice a difference. (I examined the skill before I scribed, and then once again after doing so)
