Quest Unfriendly Forest - Tunarean trumpetleaf not harvestable

While on the quest Unfriendly Forest, when one is on the step to harvest the 3 Tunarean trumpetleaves, very often, while trying to harvest them at their 3 spots close to the druid ring, a message says "Can't see target". Tried to position myself at all sides of them, jumping from above, gathering from above standing on the druid ring etc.
They can't be harvested, there seems to be no reset like usually for harvest nodes, and the quest is stuck. Camping to oneself or logging out of the game and back in doesn't seem to help, either.

There is a LOS issue on kithicor i got many cannot see target issue harvesting other ressources for the TS time line.
Also mercenary and pet were unable to follow (due to LOS issues?). Usually i managed to harvest by being exactly on top of the ressource but it was tedious.

I had that issue as well today. I got around it by gating out and zoning back into a different version of the zone. There were three of those trumpet leafs sitting in plain view with nothing to block them, and kept getting the "can't see your target" message.

I think its broken instances of the map issues myself, as LOS issues should follow consistently across all versions of a zone instance not just one or two, and they do not as logging into a different instance number did allow them to be harvestable while zoning out and back into (or camping) the same number instance did not. I think this is something different than LOS to be honest as similar issues are happening with NPC's for updating quests (requiring similar work around as well).

It seems that the 2nd and 3rd instances of Tranquil Sea and Phantom Seas are bugged and things keep "resetting". Go run up to a mob and watch it. It starts to path then it goes back to where it was and turns a circle like it is being set down. I'd recommend trying to get into the 1st instance until it's fixed.
