Expansion question?

I know this isn't the right place to post this question but I have a question.. LOL I tried looking everywere and can not find the answer but I'm getting rumors that TOV expansion would be included in the AOM expansion. Is this true? Or no? Any help would be appreciated and sorry for posting in wrong spot but didn't know were to ask this. Thanks.

ToV is included when you buy AoM. CoE will be unlocked for f2p players this November. AoD will remain as a separate feature pack (SC) -official dev response at SOELive Wink
