Question refering to "Taunting Challenge"

Ok from what I've heard Taunting Challenge in a nut shell is Hold the Line for a single encounter.

With that said, Taunting Challenge obvious doesn't immobolize you but my question is:

If this ability creates agro for every hit you do, shouldn't it be cancel just like Hold the Line. Also whether or not you can cancel is, how long is the duration of it?
