Not sure how those rare tradeskill reactions work? Don't know which one gives you a rare? Not sure what that buff does? does this feature even work ? after 48 levels of tradeskilling ive seen maybe 2 rare events both were some type of buff..

Yep, they still work. I got Flawless just the other day. Remember, the events are rare (Insight), really rare (Flawless), and incredibly freeking rare (FoI) SMILEY
