As we posted on Friday, character transfers to our two newest servers occurred with Monday's server restart. Although the process took longer than anticipated, these servers are in the process of coming back up now.

If you requested a move to one of the new servers, your character and/or guild should now be located on the new server. However, we are aware of a small number of characters that were not moved properly, and thus remain on their original servers. Those characters should put in a new "/movelog add" request so that we can transfer your character in the next batch of moves, which will happen in the next few days.

We have compiled a list of characters that requested a transfer but were not moved yet. If your character was a member of a guild, your status contribution will be restored to your guild when your character is moved over. Please note that your status contribution will be current as of the evening of 1/23/05, so any guild that moved to the new server and lost status and levels as a result of members not being moved over will have its status and level restored when the next round of character transfers is complete.

We apologize to those inconvenienced by this issue.

Characters that requested a /movelog over the weekend but were not transferred to the Grobb and Splitpaw servers with Monday morning's downtime will be moved when the servers are brought down for an update on Wednesday, January 26. Existing guild membership information will be merged at that time, so these players will not lose any status that they had before the move.

We are also aware of a few players who have been unable to access their housing after the character move. That issue will also be addressed with tomorrow morning's update, and these characters will be able to access their housing when the servers are back online.

Thanks again for your patience, and we hope you enjoy your new home on Grobb or Splitpaw. SMILEY
