I tested with Magnitude II, Magnitude III, and Spellweaver's Magnitude IV all equipped at the same time. The only effect to proc at all is Magnitude II. If I take Mag II proc off, then Spellweaver's will proc. The same goes with "Tactical Advance II" and "Tactical Will IV", Tactical Advance II always procs but Tact Will IV never does, even though Tact Will is the better proc. I've always thought that the higher tier procs would just overwrite the lower tier procs, not get nullified from procing altogether.

Along these same lines, has anyone tested if "Greater Draconic Might" on the raid crafted caster cloak stacks with magnitude/spellweavers magnitude?

If you wear procs that don't stack, do this (which sounds stupid but worked in testing a couple months ago or whenever): put the piece with the highest-ranked proc on first, then the lesser one(s), and the earliest-equipped piece will be the one proccing.

I found ths out with the exact same situation, trying out stacked Tactical procs.  Obviously similar effects, obviously not stackable, but named differently (and what was the point of that?), so I figured it was worth a try.

Bring back red adorns/runes in 2013!

Yes, that stacks.
