![]() I was using the streaming client but had trouble with the dino showing up and continuously looping when trying to zone. For a while I could disconnect, reconnect, and then it would work again. Then yesterday it happened and I tried to reconnect but the dino would show up and never let me enter the zone. If I went to the character select the dino was there again and continuously looping still. Based on a few other posts I switched it from streaming to "Full Download" in the game version options. I had to download about 14GB of files, several times having to retry. I got all but 130MB of the files downloaded. Now EVER time I launch EQ I get the following in the launchpad: Checking game installation...Found 2 file(s) to update.Creating paks/exp07_rgn_eastern_wastes.vpkCreating paks/exp04_dun_chardok.vpk*Warning: Retrying paks/exp04_dun_chardok.vpk*Warning: Retrying paks/exp04_dun_chardok.vpk*Warning: Retrying paks/exp07_rgn_eastern_wastes.vpk*Error: The downloaded file is incomplete or was corrupted. An update may be in progress. Please try again in 20-30 minutes. I have tried relaunching over 10 times across two days and the same thing happens every time. How can I fix this? |

![]() Hello Golddigger! I'm sorry you're having streaming issues in the game. I'd recommend submitting a support ticket to our technical support team so they can troubleshoot your issue. Please include your Dxdiag and Msinfo to expedite the process. (Instructions are in my signature below).
