removal of Sub via station cash from EQ1 EFFECTED EQ2 Bug?

I saw that eq1 had the station cash subs removed and also eq2 had this happen. Was this a bug or was it truly removed?

It was removed

It was intentional

It is not wanted to be known at this moment because of the SC sale for this weekend because a post was made informing people of that in the initial thread, which was locked and a new one made, which of course makes no mention of the new restrictions (which by the way apparently have been updated in the FAQ)

No, at this time, players will not be able to purchase monthly subscription or game time with Station Cash™ in EverQuest or EverQuest II. Station Cash™ is limited to in-game items only.

Yeah no official word from Piestro here, though the above pretty clearly states.

We are constantly working to test new products and offers in our marketplaces and will periodically remove and add items as we evolve our commerce. Wow leave it to Sony to wait until i buy 75 dollars worth of Station cash and then remove the ability to use it for what I bought it for subscription. That is extremely unethical. This will be the last straw if this doesn't change. I have been playing since 2005, paid well over a $2000 to this company in that time. I guess the running of promotions and not honoring them is dishearting. Now i have 30,000 station cash that is useless to me. Thanks, you really know how to take care of your loyal customers.
