Discrepancy between the spell rares?

I encountered that the scout/priest star sapphire is dropping in high numbers whil the mage/tank rare is on alow dropp rate on my Server Valor.

My main ranger harvested 8 x Saphire and 2 x wolfram in a bout 2 hrs ( Harvest Cloak + lvl 66 harvest items buff + 6 hrs 2% rare chance potion of the tradeskill apprentice).

My coercer alt harvested in about 60 min 4 x sapphire and 3 x wolframs ( Harvest Cloak + Tradeskill AA spec for 1% rare dropp+ 6 hrs 2% rare drop chance + Mara Vodka Drink).

The difference in the drop is so high that at the moment the exchange rate is 3:1 somtimes 4:1 in favout of sapphire on Valor. I wondered if similar things happen on other server.

In short, yes it is happening on every server and is pretty difficult to just point to RNG as the culprit.
