Hello, 19th of april i paid for 1 month of gold membership on my account, and even tho it says in the payment history it went thru, and i played my account on the 19th with gold member unlocked, my account is now put back to silverstatus, why is this?I also tried making a ticket, but for some reason it says a ticket is allready open on my account, so cant make a new one, no chat support either...So any help here please?
