GENERAL

Fixed a bug where bronze and silver members could get a message saying the alternate advancement experience slider was set to zero when it was not set to zero.

POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION

Withered Lands

Withered Lands creatures should now award more experience.

Skyshrine: The Underdepths and Skyshrine: Betrayal of the Underdepths

Modified Dozekar event to prevent the possibility of multiple copies of him spawning.

Skyshrine: The Forbidden City of Dracur

a Draconic Gate Caller now respawns much faster!

ABILITIES / ALTERNATE ADVANCEMENT

Fixed a bug with some prestige endline abilities not modifying potency properly.

Illusionist

Time Rampage is now properly 15% at rank 2.

Shadowknight

Rank 3 Death and Destruction now properly modifies Chaos Cloud, making its damage higher than Grave Sacrament.

ITEMS

TCG Item: Deadly Dire Wolf can now be converted into a plushie.

Fixed various armor in Skyshrine and Withered Lands that wasn't able to be worn by all appropriate classes.

Lowered the effect radius on the "Blood and Ashes" proc. It should no longer pull entire zones.

Haste has been added to GU63 fighter, scout, and priest gloves.

QUESTS

Withered Lands

For the quest "All You Need is Time" Kerr should once again be able to be hailed to start his event.

Phaerus Thunderhorn should no longer keep offering you quest components if you do not need them.
