I am asking this question on behalf of a guildie.

He was a paying subscriber until the switch to F2P. He went to bronze and paid sc for upgrade to silver. He has toons on SP, CB and Everfrost. On SP and CB, he has access to the advertised resources, namedly 2 shared bank slots. He has NONE on Everfrost and he has no access to petition because of the account level.

He has no ability to resolve this issue. How does anyone with a silver account resolve issues between bronze and silver? Obviously this is an account issue but as he has no subscription but HAS paid SC for privileges that he does not have, what options are open to him to resolve this?

The official comment from ProSiebenSat.1 on segregation -

We do not think about a transfer of US server chars from EU costumers in Eq2. That should solve the biggest worries the EQ2 community has at the moment. We do not want to interfere with long build ingame relationships. This is the current way we think about it.

That is definitely odd. Since this is an account features issue that's actually something we *would* support - so just have him open a standard support ticket on the website and our tech/billing folks will route him over to in-game (the Game Masters) to get him fixed up!

We do not think about a transfer of US server chars from EU costumers in Eq2. That should solve the biggest worries the EQ2 community has at the moment. We do not want to interfere with long build ingame relationships. This is the current way we think about it.

Hi, I did as suggested and my guildie followed it up and this was the response - names edited for obvious reasons. If you need more info, PM me ty.

Write back, inform them that this is an account features issue - we're definitely obligated to make sure the features you've paid for with your silver membership are working... It's stuff like misloots, stuck characters etc that you wouldn't qualify for.

If you get a response that's not helpful feel free to PM me the incident number and I'll give it a bump.
