Started account again old characters not showing up

Hello just started a reacurring membership on my accound and its not showing all my old toons just the 2 that were on the free memebership deal. amny reason why this is doing this?

ive been going through the posts to see if anyone else has had the same thing and checking to make sure they are set correctly and my region is set us english.

Were both accounts under the same username and password? You may need to contact Support directly for more assistance.

both accounts? there is only 1 account? not sure you are understanding me correctly let me rephrase

My account is from the launch of eq2 i had on it last time it was in paid status probably some 10 toons spread accross a couple diffrent servers. It went into the f2p status and went silver. i played it a little bit and have decided to pay for the full subscription. I payed and logged on to only the 2 toons that were on my account when it was silver and not all my toons there.

I'm having the same problem. Reactivated my account and none of old characters show up. Haven't played in a long time, probably back to 2007 or 2008. Under membership info for the account it shows the retail version as well as all the expansions and upgrades I had on the account, so it appears it's there, but when I log in, nothing.
