Please, for the love of God find an answer for this!

This is the 4th of 5th patch in the last few months that has given me this error.

My wife and I ran the full install version due to low bandwidth where we live.  We are running the new patcher.   After several recent patches the game updates and says 'the client does not match the server'

NO, we are NOT running straight from Everquest2.exe, we are using the launcher!

All 3 of our machines do this

We have sent in the Dxdiag files and such, but the only answer weve been given is to use the streaming client.

The streaming client here gives us a ping of 450+ even if we try to let it predownload for hours (ping with full client is 250-300 as it is).

Please someone find an answer to this madness!

Open a ticket and include your DXDIAG/MSINFO files (and a description of the issue).

Post your incident number here, I want to review your services, loaded modules, and startup applications.

What you are describing is very common with certain security features, but there are too many to name off the top of my head.
