February is here already, and the team is hard at work on Game Update 63! We’ll have some “behind the scenes” videos for you in the coming weeks to give you a sneak peek at the art of some of the exciting new zones coming up, and more information will follow between now and then.

In the mean time however, there’s plenty of new stuff to do in the world of Norrath, and we’re not waiting for the Game Update to bring you some of the improvements and changes we have in store. Here are some of the things we intend to bring you in the month of February!

  1. Love is in the Air with fun new content – Feb. 7 – 20
  2. Dungeon Maker item additions and game play changes
  3. Feature Update: Get mail anywhere
  4. Feature Update: In-game Polls
  5. Limited-Time and Love-themed Items on Marketplace, coming soon!

Hm, looked over the page and I'm interested in what polls you're looking to give out as well as the dungeon items.

In game polls great for dungeon maker and housing leaderboards.

Themed stuff for SC great for people who buy.

Mail anywhere ? um why. was there really a over demanding need for this or am I missing somthing?

LOL. I would speculate an answer, but it would probably get me in trouble for "trolling." PM if you want to know why I think it was done.

This has been a request thread at least 2-3 or more times a year for as long as there has been mail in game (and possibly even before that). If the search on the forums were better, I could bring up the threads from the last 6 months or so.

In short, yes, it has been something players have asked for, even if only to just see what mail has arrived.

This all sounds fantastic. I love this sort of thing and think this will be worth every penny of the subscription I am no longer paying.

Where is the real content - New pvp gear?; The rest of Velious; Qeynos.  We just paid you market price for a non expansion.  As a lover of Beastlords I'm not going cry foul on this.  I know others will but pvp has been in a sorry state of disregard for quite some time. Rothgar, the guy who provided a glimmer of hope for us has been reassigned (gratz on that btw please kick hind end over there) with no word as to who is taking over the project he outlined on the pvp forums several months ago now.  How about release 1 weapon, shield, or pvp item/jewelry per archtype per month to jump start a catch up?  This will leave time for 35% SC crapola/fluffer items, 64% PVE concerns, and 1% pvp issues.  Just cut and paste the PVE equivalent atm to make it easier on you till you decide how your going to or not going to overhual the current system.

everytime i read soe talking on here about "new free stuff for us" it makes me think of that old chris farley movie where he's trying to sell break pads and talking about the competition's guarantee on the box....

remeber that?

who wants a guarantee when all it is is a guaranteed piece of crap...

let me give you guys working on this game a heads up. no one wants free content when all it really is, is a free pile of crap.

your pisspoor game direction has managed to aggrivate even the most fanboi of players.

bring back the meat n potatoes of everquest. give us real content.

I think its more along the lines of 85% SC crapola/fluffer items, 14.9% PVE concerns, and .1% PVP issues.

As far as real content goes, GU63 better be a whole lot of amazing wow. And I don't think any of us honestly believe it will be.

I'm curious, devs, Where do we find the string of heart garland and the  pink and white daisy garland in this picture? theya re not in the new E-day recipies, nor on the merchants.  Plese let us know where to find them, or add them into the recipie book if they were supposed to be there! Thanks!

On your last poll the first question, you left out the option I usually use.

Cross Server Channels:

IE always fun Antonia_Bayle.Ogr and imminently informative Test.Test or Guk.Lore - Formerly Befallen.Lore

Seconded on this.  The garland with the red bows and the fairy light garland are both in Romantic Gifts to Craft V, but the pink-bow garland and the heart garland is nowhere to be found!

A "very" slight yay for being able to access mail anywhere, how about getting with the times and allowing multiple attachments in one mail? Other games have been doing this for several years now.

Kaitheel responded in the parent thread on this that the missing items are previews for the 2013 celebration.
