It increases Critical Mitigation, what will it do after this?

I suggest changing it to Critical bonus or Damage Reduction instead.

They've already stated these abilities would be adjusted to something else, no need for dozens of threads on it before it hits test.

I might have missed it, but have we been given an ETA on when the CM changes are going through?

From the Test Update Notes on 2/2/12

"Warrior

Critical Bulwark is now Robust Bulwark.  It grants increased max health instead of critical mitigation."

And the Test Update Notes on 2/6/12

"Warrior

Robust Bulwark is now 5% max health at rank 10."

Edit: so if you have problems with there forms on test then that would probably be the best place to post about it.

i have a mechanics question about temp max health/power effects. in addition to its stated effect...do these boost current health/power, or atleast pro-rate a boost? i hardly see a point of proc'ing increased max power (for mana burn) if it doesnt also top you off. topping off before duration is up shouldnt be left up to a chanter or puny sorc spell.

Increases and decreases to your maximum health or power pool will keep your current health and power at the same percentage of the maximum.

That is, if you are at full power and increase your max power, you will still be at full power (the new, increased, amount). If you are completely out of power and you increase your max power, you will still be out of power.

You do realize that is Talathion, and he will make 5 more inane posts about it before it goes live and 10 more after it goes live complaining it should be crit bonus or something dumb, right?
