Greetings

I have been trying for quite some time now to access my account info so I can change my subscription plan but, everytime I access the Game Pass Info page I get "We have encountered a system error while processing your request. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue to encounter this error, please contact Customer Service at http://support.station.sony.com" and clicking that link just sends me back to start the loop all over again.

I've cleared my browser cache and tried to access with both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I need access to my account soon as I think my subscription is about to expire and I won't have a way to renew.

Can someone please check into this?

same issue here... last time I had issues with the page to cancel my EQ2 account (I am trying to return today) it took a few days via email to get a response...

Yes, support did present the option:

2) Through Email Support at http://www.station.com/kb, by clicking on the "Email Support" tab to email a Technical Support Representative.

but there is no Email support tab. Who did you send the mail to?
